Pre-Sales Questions

This is not a support topic. I have some questions before purchasing the Events Manager Pro.
I’m most interested in the premium support that comes with the purchase. I understand that you guys don’t do customizations and such, but would you be able to guide me a bit on how I can accomplish my goals? (I mean after I purchase, of course). My biggest complications so far are:
1. I need to simplify the events form down to only a few options, leaving all the other details pre-completed and hidden.
2. I want to integrate MyCred as the sole payment method (and automatically accept/charge on booking)Honestly I need a bit more guidance than telling me where the events form is (I found it already). I’m still learning PHP, so I’m no expert.
Is this the kind of thing that you could help with, as your ‘premium support’?
