pre-sales question for pro version

    Hi
    Can I check whether the following would be possible with the pro version of Formidable:
    – We want only logged in users of our site (we use Restrict Content Pro) to be able to fill in a form giving us details of courses they have completed which will contribute to their continuing professional development (data to capture – category of course, date of course, name of course, number of CPD points it represents, description of course.)

    – A logged in user will also need to be able to see/edit all of the previous information they have submitted and download these details. (They should only be able to see their information and no other users.)

    – As administrator we will need access to see all of the data submitted by all users.

    Hi Gillian,

    1. Yes, this is possible with Formidable.

    2. A logged in user can see and edit all previously submitted information. Downloading the details is not built-in functionality though. Currently, we only allow downloading a CSV of the entry data on the back-end of the websie.

    3. This is possible with Formidable as well.

    Thanks for the quick response – can I just clarify for point 2 that the user would be viewing/editing previous data from a page on the front-end of the website and not from the dashboard (don’t want them having to go to the dashboard)?

    Yes, exactly. The editing and viewing can be done on the front-end.

    Before I buy.. I need to emulate the following site’s functionality. http://www.jobsforhartford.com Need users to register and search a database. Results from the search should reflect registered users interests. Can Formidable Forms handle this?

    I’d like to know if the person who’s filling out my form will be able to add fields themselves..

    For example: If I ask “list the services you provide”
    Can the person click on a “add field” button to add as many responses as they need?..

    You see this a lot for folks filling out an online application.. they are able to add as many jobs as needed to show their experience..

    So can someone add additional fields themselves while they are filling out my form?
