Pre Sales question before purchasing PREMIUM version

hi guys,
I love the free version of your plug-in, and seriously thinking to purchase the premium version.

I’ve some questions though:

1) is the “Remove render-blocking Jscripts” feature compliant to those Google guidelines?

2) Where is the “Leverage Browser Caching” option? is it a premium thing? Cause running a website check on Google side, I got this advice: “Consider Fixing” :-/ I thought your free version would help already

3) Time Lapse Network is responsive, and there is no mobile dedicated theme.
Should I purchase the PREMIUM version, is the “Mobile Cache” option going to positively impact anyway, or would I still be lacking from performance on the mobile side?

Cause Google in this report says my Desktop site is scoring 99/100, but
MOBILE SPEED
75/100
FAIR

cause the following needs to be fixed:
– Leverage browser caching
– Minify CSS
– Minify JavaScript
– Minify HTML
– Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

I’m wondering why the minify works for the Desktop score, not for my mobile responsive site.. and if the PREMIUM would be the perfect gift I could give myself 🙂
