    Hi There

    I’m a Webdesigner and my customer needs a special setup:
    He would like to have the business hours 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00.

    He has some large appointments (2-4 hours) and some small ones (15min – 45 min).
    He would like that there is only one big meeting possible per half workday, and the rest can only be small ones.

    Do you have a solution for that?

    Hello.
    Unfortunately such functionality: “… only one big meeting possible per half workday…” does not possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

    Would it be possible to just block the entire half day with the first appointment that got arranged? So the small one couldn’t be booked via plugin.

    Hello.
    1) Basically it’s possible, if you will customize your time slots like this at the Booking > Settings > Form page:
    Label ……….. Time-slot
    Morning ……… 08:00-12:00
    Evening ……… 13:00-17:00
    08:00 – 08:15 … 08:00 – 08:15
    ——–
    16:45 – 17:00 … 16:45 – 17:00

    It’s means that first option will be for booking first part of the day (08:00-12:00) and second option will be for booking second part of the day ( 13:00-17:00), and then you will have all other time slots for the booking with 15 minutes interval.

    2) Please note, in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions possible to have only start time selection field and duration of time selection fields.
    Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

    You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.
