    I went thru your documentation and, given the great amount of features and customization, it’s a mistery seeing this plugin not being popular at all here on WP.
    I have a question though: in order to chat with the website visitors, the Operator needs to have also the Userlike dashboard open, or can it all be done on the site’s frontend?
