Pre-purchase question about Affiliate add-on

    Hi,

    I have a pre-purchase question about the Affiliate addon.

    Is there a way for affiliates that earned sales to apply that total to their membership cost?  

    For example, a person got 3 other people to join and earned $5 each. Can they apply that $15 (all of it or a portion of it) to the cost of monthly membership dues that cost $20 month?

    Or is there a way to use the money the affiliates earned and use it as on-site credit instead of paying them out with real money?

    Hi Jeremy, did you get any answer then from the official support?
    If I saw this post before I wouldn’t have bought the plugin…

    Hi, I still have not received any support at all from anyone from this company.
    Apparently, they don’t care about you if you bought their plugin or not. They only want you to buy their short 6-month support plans since you can’t even send a message to their contact page without a current support plan. Even for a pre-purchase question about an add-on.
    This is a lame company if this is how they do business.
