Pre-populated posts & pages in a theme

    Is there a way to pre-populate a few posts and pages when I activate a new theme? The goal would be to create a theme, have people download it, and when they activate it there are posts and pages already created that show examples of how the theme works.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
