I have built an eco system around it. From contract signing to everything else. * To help the back of the house, when we have large parties and because we have a fixed closing time; we figured the best way is to have large parties pre-order their items. This was done by a customer and worked smoothly for us. * The main customer selects 4 items from Appetizers and Entrees and then from this created an evite link which was shared among her friends for everyone to select which items they would like to order before coming in. * The customer pre select menu i created using contact form but the other part which involves the friends selecting from her list is where i need help. * 1 I need to be able to limit how many people can order (in the case the part is 10 people, only 10 person should be able to select and put their names under what thye want) * 2 A link per party, meaning John’s list should only be shared and viewed by Johns friends (sent via email maybe) * 3 We add the pre selected option for the guests to pick from or put their name next to it * Any ideas or is there a plugin or something i can use to achieve this? The organizer sent out a link that allowed us to sign up and choose what we wanted for lunch. I do not remember what restaurant this was associated with anymore. I also did a Google search and could not find anything like this. * Would something like this work for you? You can create a custom signup form that has your menu item choices.
