Responding to your questions:
1 – Why is the pre order still going on on the product page when the availability date of the product is set to December 25 and with me it is December 25?
The pre-order dates for the plugin are currently based on the UTC±00:00 time zone. We plan to enhance this in a future update to align with the local time zone
2 – The order list lacks a date next to the pre order date when orders were placed during pre order.
There is already a column for this called ‘Date’

2 – The order list lacks a date next to the pre order date when orders were placed during pre order.
“There is already a column for this called ‘Date’”
As I wrote earlier, this column was empty.
3 – Doesn’t send emails with PDF file ordered…

I had to disable this plug-in and manually send everyone an email with the order details.
Before that, I had to assign each buyer access to the purchased file, because that didn’t add automatically after purchase either.
