 * Can I use pre-launch HTML ( HTML which wil only be displayed before the countdown
   ends )?

 * Yes, but since you did not state if you are using the shortcode or the sidebar
   widget, we will assume shortcode.
    First: check out the [documentation](http://plugins.twinpictures.de/plugins/t-minus-countdown/documentation/)
   on the the following attributes:
    - above and below
    - launchtarget
    - Shortcode intro on warping HTML
 * So, you will want to set an above or below HTML attribute, and also set the launch
   target to match. Finally set the countdown launch html to a blank space like’a
   so:
 *     ```
       [tminus t="2013-12-13 13:13:13" before ="hello <strong>this</strong> is the upper html area" launchtarget="above"] [/tminus]
       ```
 * Can you dig it?
 * I am using the shortcode, but as I understand it what you just posted was code
   for HTML above the countdown, whereas I am trying to make a bit of HTML disappear
   after the end of the countdown.
