 * I am using cloudflare and w3 total cache on my [website](http://www.technowasp.com).
   I really to install this great plugin to omptimize my images.Is there anything
   I should do before installing and activating this plugin??
    I am worried about
   conflicts using W3TC ,Cloudflare and EWWW Image Optimizer together. Please guide
   me !!
