• I used to pay yearly for the Pro version before ReviewX 2.0, and honestly, I regret updating. The free version of 2.0 doesn’t even work properly. It’s constantly “synchronizing with my shop” but never actually completes—stuck at 35% forever, all while slowing down my site.

    I had been a paying Pro user before, but after this experience, I won’t be renewing. It’s really disappointing because the older version looked and worked great. They tried to fix something that wasn’t broken, and in the process, made it worse.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback and I really appreciate it. I can feel your frustrations too. We’re really sorry for what you have going through.

    You have been a true supporter of ReviewX for last few years now and you are always cooperative.

    The thing is we wanted to provide something more smooth, scaleable and powerful to users and we are facing a lot of challenges in the middle of the process of transition.

    We are working around the clock to fix all the bugs and glitches like sync issue in the earliest possible time and then I will get back to you.

    I believe your decision of not renewing the plugin will change then ane maybe you will update this review again. 😊
