Hi,
Can you please share screenshots of the settings you have for PPOM? And how you’ve attached them to the products?
Also, can you please share if you are using the latest version of PPOM?
Kind regards,
Rodica

Hi,
Thank you for sharing that!
Please follow the steps here to troubleshoot the issue
https://docs.themeisle.com/article/2029-ppom-troubleshooting-guide
Kind regards!
following your link i did not find any problems..
But I have noticed if I will delete old PPOM field from product and create new PPOM field group, attach it to product – the PPOM field now shows near product. If there is no other option, then i will follow to deleting and creating/linking ppom fields manually, only its time consuming work to do this for each product/category..

Hi
I am having the same problem
Rolled back, disabled plugin, changed theme – no change
Like Vytaski – deleting and creating/linking ppom fields manually, is time consuming work
Malcolm
will there be any update to fix that problem?
also I have noticed – if you will attach PPOM Field group from PPOM settings to product categories https://prnt.sc/ld8NuMXF08g9 – it will not show selected on single product PPOM Field https://prnt.sc/1nops6yDrve7
So PPOM customs fields to be shown on product page you need to attach from each product page settings and select PPOM field group. Selecting categories form PPOM “Product Meta Basic Settings” does not work.
Hi @vytaskk,
We are not able to replicate the issue you reported. It might be a plugin or theme conflict at your end. Please make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and PPOM plugin.
We recommend you please deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists? You can safely do that without affecting your site by using the Health Check plugin’s troubleshoot mode. If the problem is gone, activate the plugins/theme one by one and repeat the action until you find the conflict.
Let us know how it goes!
