PPlugin Doesn’t Work as Advertised + No Proper Support

I gave this plugin a fair shot, but it failed to work as expected. Key features like [e.g., role visibility or settings] simply didn’t function properly. I reached out to the support team multiple times over 10+ days with no helpful response or resolution.
To make things worse, even though the plugin claimed to offer a 14-day trial, there was no real way to get a refund. I ended up paying over $500 for a product I couldn’t even use.
This experience was incredibly frustrating—not just because of the plugin’s poor functionality, but also because of the lack of customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend this plugin unless they improve support and stand behind their refund policy.
