This would be possible using the Advanced Ads Selling Ads bridge for WooCommerce. You can read more about this add-on right here. Since this is a paid add-on please reach out to our customer support if you have further questions about it.

You can schedule your ads also using the free version of Advanced Ads if you want to limit the ad appearance by impressions or clicks you would need the Tracking add-on.
The other features you’re asking for are not implemented in the plugin.
