# Powerful plugin – great support

 * I’ve used Ninja forms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, and now Caldera Forms. 
   They all have similarities and differences in how you create forms and link them.
   Caldera Forms met and exceeded our needs due to it’s features. I had to create
   a system of membership forms, some collected payments and others didn’t, and 
   we had a questionnaire “pre-qualifier” to direct members to the proper membership
   form for their needs. There were two ways to do this, with connected forms and
   also by creating variables and passing them to each form to prevent having to
   re-enter information. We were able to use the variables and redirects since each
   membership had different terms going with it, and the conditionals were super
   easy to set up.
 * What made this really great though was the support we received from Josh, the
   creator, on my support requests. He took the time to respond to multiple support
   threads in a single afternoon to help us meet a presentation deadline. I recommend
   Caldera Forms for this reason.
