I uploaded and activated this theme, but the Power Posts title font options don’t work. I change the font, but the font remains the same on the theme.

Sorry not sure what do you mean by Power Posts title font options but if you need more font options then you should use plugin like this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-fonts/
