Potential Super-simple anti-spam registration plug-in

Not being a coder I can’t write plugins but here’s an idea I find useful.

Most nuisance registrations I get have the same forename and surname. This is a ‘live’ spammer.

It ought to be simple enough to write a plugin that will recognise when forenames and surnames match and weed them out of potential erasure.
