# Posts won't open – 404 issue?

 * When I try to click thru to a post, I get the following message:
 * Not Found
 * The requested URL /patrick-sharp-coming-back/ was not found on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
    Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-
   rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server 
   at committedindians.com Port 80
 * I have already reset the Permalinks and re-installed 4.0.1 but still get the 
   error message when I click on a post.
 * Help?
