I have a wordpress in directory /blog/
In this directory are also static pages created before I installed wordpress. Some of these pages are my most popular/successful pages on the site (the generate about 30% on the income, so I cannot afford to mess them up).
The format of the static pages are
Now, I would like to somehow get them on the blog, mostly so that people can leave comments, and hopefully make the pages even more popular.
If I create a page on wordpress, this sort of works, although it does not like the capital letters in the URL. Can this be configured so that capital letters can be used in the URL?
Also, it would be useful to be able to categorize or tag the pages, to help with links, spidering etc. Is this possible? Can categorised Pages be listed with Posts?
All advice welcome!
The alternative is to just write them as blog posts, 301 them, and hope that the 301 carries all the link juice etc. Losing traffic is not an option!
