Posts not updating

Hey everyone,

Im having a problem – may be a bug in wordpress. But when someone posts, it doesnt show up until i put another post in right after it. For example, my friend posted and it didnt show up. It was in the dB but wasnt being pushed out to the site. Then I went in and posted something else, and my friends post was displayed, but mine wasnt.

Any suggestions???
