Posts not going to subscribers

    I recently switched over to WP Recipe Maker plugin because the plugin by Yumprint I was using got discontinued and stopped working (so you’ve probably heard)

    Anyway, since switching new posts do not go out to my email subscribers; I contacted WP Recipe Maker but they said there was nothing they could do and to contact jetpack.

    Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

    Do you experience similar issues with posts that don’t include a recipe?

    If so, could you try the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” at the bottom of the page if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    3) Confirm the disconnection.
    4) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

    Let me know how that goes.

    If the problem is limited to posts that include recipes, it might be worth trying a different solution for your recipes, like Jetpack’s own recipe shortcode for example:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/recipes/

    If using a different solution works, we’ll need to run some more tests to understand why posts that include recipes from WP Recipe Maker are not sent to your subscribers.
