# Posts navigation for posts in different categories

 * Hello, hoping for some help here please.
 * I have 2 categories for my posts – Blog Articles and Monthly letters. They go
   on separate pages, depending on their category. The navigation at the bottom 
   of each post Previous and Next ignores the category though, so all posts get 
   mixed up. If you look at the link above, it’s the latest blog post published.
   But because the monthly letter was published after this blog article, the NEXT
   navigation button takes you to the Monthly letter. I like the navigation button
   and I’d like to keep it on both pages. Is there a way of setting up the navigation
   so it only navigates between posts of the same category please? I hope this all

 * Hi Angela, yes, I understand the issue. The Previous/Next navigation can be restricted
   to posts within the same category, so Blog Articles and Monthly Letters won’t
   be mixed together. This can usually be achieved with a small WordPress theme 
   adjustment.

 * I had a quick look how I can do this, am I right in saying I need to include 
   something in the theme’s code? I have very limited knowledge on code language,
   please bear this in mind 🙂
