• Hi,

just found a small bug thats a bit annoying.

I’m using a custom taxonomy with a custom post type.

I have few categories with same names on my default language and on translations as well. Every category has a different slug of corse 🙂

    So whats happening?

When i’m updating posts that belong to mentioned cats it moves that post from one cat to another with same name.

    For example:

I have two cats named Patrimony,

In first Patrimony cat I have 8 posts, and in second cat there is 2 posts.

When I edit a post from first cat and click on update (category is already selected-so no changes are made to category) it moves that post to a second cat, and reverse.

    Any idea whats happening here?

    Hi!

Is this problem occuring only with this taxonomy and this post type? Or are you able to reproduce with posts and categories (or tags)?

    Well,

Not tried with categories or tags. Just with cpt. I’ll try with cats and tags as well and I will let you know.

    Thank you 🙂
