# Posts Missing After 4.0 Upgrade

 * After upgrading to WordPress 4.0, almost all of my posts are missing. The post
   titles, images and tags are still present, but the text/content is missing.
 * I’ve disabled all plugins and even tried switching to the default 2014 theme,
   but that made zero difference. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 * I’m having the same problem. Installed upgrade, went to click on a post – it 
   appears to be there, but when I open it, the content is missing. I’ve turned 
   them all to draft and republished, and even installed the update again and changed
   the theme.

 * Hi! On [this thread ](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/downgrade-from-40-to-391?replies=17),
   Jeffreyd000 suggested I change the permalink structure. I changed them to a different
   setting, and all of the posts are back.
