Posts Link in Header Not Working

In the header of my page, there are links to “Posts” and “Comments.” When you click on the link, it takes you to a page of code instead of the actual posts and comments. Any idea where/how I can fix this? I’d even be willing to delete the links all together, because the posts and comments show up elsewhere on the site anyways.
