# Posts in queue disappearing

 * Since I upgraded my queued posts keep disappearing when it is time for them to
   appear on my site. I check them in the queue and they are still there, but when
   they go up on my site the only thing that shows is the post title. When I go 
   into the edit, the actual post is not there at all. Please advise on how to fix
   this aggravating problem.

 * have you tried:
 * – To rule out any theme-specific issue, try switching to the unedited default
   Twenty Twelve theme for a moment using the WP dashboard. If you don’t have access
   to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current
   theme’s folder in wp-content/themes via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
 * -deactivating ALL plugins (yes, all) temporarily to narrow down the problem. 
   If the problem goes away, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find 
   the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some 
   plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them
   and force them inactive). If applicible, also remember to deactivate any plugins
   in the mu-plugins folder. The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-
   old

 * I deactivated all the plugins and changed the the theme. I did some test posts
   and the one that was just text came up fine. However the one that was a link 
   to a YouTube video disappeared, except the title of the post. I noticed that 
   all of the queued posts that have disappeared have been video links.

 * Unfortunately that doesn’t really help. The video shows up in the post preview
   and then it disappears when the post goes live. I have been playing with it a
   bit and a text link will show up and still delete the video code. It didn’t do
   this until I upgraded my account.
