Posts in Page and social sharing

Hi,

thanks for the grat plugin. I’m using it to run the blog in our web-magazine: http://www.siehdiewelt.com. I use social sharing buttons via shortcode in the posts with category “blog”, and those buttons correctly show up in the posts pulled by your plugin. The posts are pulled to the page “Blog” and when I use a share button everything works fine: the buttons share the url of the original post.

Here is the problem: I also pull the newest post with category “blog” to the homepage. But here the sahring doesnt work correctly. Instead of the original post url the buttons only share the url of the homepage. I tried this with three different social sharing plugins. So I believe it has smth to do with how your plugin works.

So why is the sharing working on the blog-page but not on the home page? Is there a solution for me? Please have a look: http://www.siehdiewelt.com
