Posts in one page

Hi,

so I have a problem, I’m using a theme (arcade) where I use a static page to define my post to the page “blog”. but the theme have in the bottom on the front page a place where the lastest posts appear and it works only when I don’t have static page. the problem is when the lastest post appear they dont show on my “blog” page.

Basically I want them to show all in the “blog” page and in the latest post in the front page.

Someone help me
