Posts disappearing when moved to pending…

I recently installed your 0.8 edit flow and love it!
However, when we moved article from drafts to pending review, they ALL disappeared. I was able to do some research and determine that by changing the Custom Status to to pending they came back. I have since disabled this feature. I thought you would want to know that this issue caused 27 articles from our site to simply vanish. It was a huge problem.
It is my hope you fix this in a future edition.
