Posts Designated to Menu Categories Not Showing

I don’t know what I’m missing, but posts I designate to show under header menu categories are not showing. I’ve searched the knowleadgebase, but have not yet found my answer. Check out the site from the header menu WORLD category http://www.ghanawatchman.com/?page_id=27

Or better put, I want posts showing at the Home page to also show under World, or whatever category chosen.
