Posts by Tag that equals slug of current page?

Hi!

I use tags matching another post’s slug to denote relatedness. Is there any way to use Posts by Tag to automatically search for posts with a tag matching the current post’s slug?

For example:
I have a post at http://coredetroit.co/spot/checker-bar-grill/

I’d like to have Posts by Tag automatically search for posts tagged “checker-bar-grill” (without me setting that value).
