    It’s very hard for me to know exactly what happened. The site looks fine here, but maybe you fixed it since the report 3 days ago.

    The same is happening on our site. If we choose to replace the filename and adjust the links, the media will indeed be replaced, but the image links in the posts (thumbnails and large images) will remain linked to the old filename. We are using WP 3.6.1 with Enable Media Replace 2.9.3. I would be happy to provide details to help eliminate the issue.

    As well, if you view the OP site, you will see the mis-linked images on images titled “Yellowstone favorite geyser,” “Old Faithful Inn 4,” “Yellowstone Grizzly,” and others.

    Thanks for a great plugin, we would like to help, please let me know what we can do.

    I’m having the same problem with replacing images. Here is an example post that contains a replaced image: http://www2.palomar.edu/pages-test/cnorcross/2013/10/18/enable-media-replace-image-test/

    I am running WP 3.6.1 with Enable Media Replace 2.9.3.
