Posts are broadcasted only after going to the “queue” section

Hi,
If my client adds or changes a page and sets it to be broadcasted, this content is not broadcasted until I go to the “Queue” section, is there a way to skip this? I don’t want to give my client the control of your plugin but I also cannot check everyday if there’s something waiting in the queue.
I’d like to have the broadcast immediately working after a page is saved.
