 * Hello,
 * I’m using Canvas by Woothemes.
 * How do I publish a post?
 * Pages automatically show up in the navigation bar.
    I can add posts to the home
   page.
 * But, how do I add posts to a page other than the home page?
    Example, I have 
   a page ‘Blog’ and want all blog posts to ‘think’ of ‘Blog’ as if it were the 
   home page.

 * However, this is obviously important:
 * “Do not use a custom Page template for this page!”
 * Can you tell me how to do that?
    I don’t know which template to use. I tried 
   each template and none did the job.

 * just create a normal page entitled “blog” or whatever – it will use the page.

 * I set a static home page. That works.
 * I set the ‘posts page’ to ‘Blog”
    However, no posts appear on this page. I deleted
   all entries on that page and it is blank. But, no posts appear on it.

 * oops – correct esmi
    markwolfinger I assume you created a [Page](http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages)
   and set that to be static I assume you created an “empty” [page](http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages)
   titled “Blog” I assume you set this to be the blog page
 * I’ve never had this fail to work
