# Post/Page Editor Not Working

 * Hi, everyone,
 * For some reason, when I open my visual post or page editor, I can’t click “update”
   without the text disappearing. When I switch to HTML, the text is still there,
   and the strange thing is when I click on HTML and then back to Visual, the text
   shows up in Visual again. But sometimes after I click update, the revisions just
   simply delete themselves. The actual page (on the actual website) reflects exactly
   what the HTML says.
 * I’ve tried deleting the browser cache, to no avail. I have about 22 plugins and
   a theme, but the plugins are mostly things that are site performance plugins 
   like W3 Total Cache and Google Analytics. The only idea I have is to deactivate
   and uninstall plugins (eventually the theme, and restarting the site if I have
   to) until the editor works. The good news is that I’m still testing and developing
   my site on a local host (not open to public yet) so it wouldn’t be erasing much.

 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme
   to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * I found the problem. It was the Transposh plugin.
