    I am new to WP so forgive me, but I have been trying every suggested method out there and nothing seems to work.

    I have a Pod named “images”

    There is then a field named “image”

    then inside “image” I have several images I plan to place around my website, (logo, icon-1, icon-2, icon-3, etc)

    What is the best way to simply place each image in their respected place….something like:

    <?php echo ‘ <code for logo image here> ‘ ?>
    <?php echo ‘ <code for icon-1 image here> ‘ ?>
    <?php echo ‘ <code for icon-2 image here> ‘ ?>

    And if you could tell me what the proper content type.

    Hello! Probably, the most simplest way is to use pods shortcodes.

    [pods] shortcode

    Why not use Media (attachments) instead? Anyways, for image output (assuming you used a file field for the image field in the images pod) you would use this:

    echo pods_field_display( 'images', $id, 'image' );
