Posting comments with absolute positioned elements

  • Hello,
I have a load of portfolio elements on one page that are all absolute positioned in a grid and use the isotope plugin. Inside of the portfolio elements is where the comments are being displayed and posted. The problem is that when you post a comment the div of the portfolio slides underneath the portfolios below it and then freezes the window for a few seconds. Any thoughts on this one? Would love to get your plugin working on my site. My site is in local development right now so heres a quick picture of what is happening. Screen Shot
    Cheers.

This would be a CSS error related to the fixed dimensions Isotope gives to the elements it re-arranges.

Your solutions would be either to:

    • Scroll the contents of that item
    • Provoke Isotope into relaying out the elements after giving the box with the comments an appropriate height
