 * I always write my blog at night and then publish it at a scheduled time the next
   day. But I would like to have that blog available if someone goes to my website.
   Is this possible?

    it is possible!
   You can schedule your post at any time you needed and it will publish live on
   your site you may try to use this plugin and set your daily posts:
 * [Publish to Schedule
    
   
    Or You can make your posts scheduled at any time you
   needed use crone job on your cpanel.
