Posting 2 TOCs in the same post

Hi,

I need to post 2 table of contents for my post. The first one should contain only h1 headings and it’ll be placed in the top, while the second TOC I need should contain only h2 headings and should be placed after the first paragraph.

Is it theoretically possible to achieve this goals with TOC+?

Instead of
Title One (h1 heading)
Title 1.1
Title 2.2 (both h2 headings)
Title Two (h1 heading)

I need

Title One
Title Two
Bla-hblah-blah some text
Title 1.1
Title 2.2
