We have checked the issue on our end but could not replicate it.
Can you please check if the featured image is visible in the preview of the sent post notification? You can find it from Email Subscribers –> Reports and then click on Preview of sent post notification report.

Since the image isn’t visible in the preview, can you please reconfirm if the following are set correctly:
1) Featured image in the related post.
2) {{POSTIMAGE}} tag in the email template used to send email. You can find the template from Email Subscribers –> Campaigns –> Manage Templates.
If everything is set up correctly then the issue might be something else. We may need to debug it at your end.

All the tags in the Template in place and with correct spelling, moreover the Template Preview words just fine, even shows the POSTIMAGE itself.
