The next step would be to install the support addon and send the resulting log to help@postieplugin.com

    Hello Wayne,

I have installed the support addon 4 days ago and followed the configuration instructions. However, it did not send me any logs.

It doesn’t send logs. It places them in your media library.

OK, thank you! I found it. Unfortunately, it only logged one run when there was no mail to process. I will not try to make it process a ‘loaded’ run.

For some reason, I can no longer make the support plugin to log any post attempts. The Postie plugin checks for mail every 30 minutes and creates tmptitle/tmpPost drafts but no new report logs are appearing in the Media Library.

I have tried re-installing the Postie Support plugin and removing the old log from the Media Library, but this didn’t help.

PS: This website also uses Postie Shortcodes. I am not sure, maybe it could be causing the problem?

Are you still having this issue?

The issue was caused by Sucuri plugin. Postie works fine after removing it.

    Thanks for the update.
