Postie Plugin Issue

I have 4 different GoDaddy accounts with 7 different WP websites.
There is a great Plug-in called Postie that lets you post directly to your website by sending an email. This makes it very easy for non-tech people to update web pages. This Plugin works perfectly on 3 of the accounts with 6 websites but on one account I keep getting a error113 rout not found. GoDaddy has tried and tried to help but they can’t find the issue. I have reinstalled the plug in multiple time and still no effect. Everything is the same across the 2 accounts. Can anyone think of a possible security setting or software version issue that would stop Postie from connecting with the specified Email address? WP reaches out to an email and retrieve the email and posts it to the web page. WP can not make the connection with the email. Other websites using this plugin can reach the same email.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
