Posterboard as in example

I have tried making my posterboard view look like your examples, to no avail. You suggested changing themes, which I have also have attempted, but the theme is not applied (I tested this by switching to the black theme). I also switched to twentysixteen and changed themes, and neither the theme or display changes. I am trying to show a posterboard view with images of varying sizes, but in my posterboard, all images are of the same size. http://showlowchamber.com/calendar/
