 * The poster images that are generated are very large. When I have a page with
multiple videos this really slows down the page.
 * The videos are scaling to the correct size, but when you check with Firebug they
   are very large.
 * Is their an easy way to generate smaller poster images?

 * Right now all generated poster images are the same resolution as the video, so
if you have a 1080p video but show it in a 640×360 window the poster file will
be unnecessarily large. On the other hand there seem to be people using posters
as images separate from the video and may need the larger size. I think in future
versions I will try using the “medium” image size for the poster instead of the
full size. You can do that yourself by changing the poster attribute from something
   like `poster="http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/video_thumb42.
   jpg"` to `"http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/video_thumb42-
730x410.jpg"` (the file name will vary depending on your own “medium” image size
   which is set at `/wp-admin/options-media.php`)
