# Poster image problem

 * Hi,
 * I had an issue with this topic before but it got closed so I’m starting a new
   thread. The issue regarding my poster image is still not solved and there is 
   a discrepancy between what I uploaded onto the plugin and what is being displayed
   on search results. Previously, I was advised to use a poster image with minimal
   text and had swapped it out to no avail.

   your topic. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I can see a different
   image displaying in mobile results as well.
 * To confirm, have you refreshed or cleared any cache (on CloudFront and W3 Total
   Cache)? When did you update the new [poster image](https://d13n0b0nqt6b21.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/MEDDICC-Poster-01-640x853.jpg)?
 * If possible, could you [duplicate your story](https://jmp.sh/ytuDVOB) and publish
   it to check if the new poster image shows in search results?

 * So I just asked around and learned that it could be caused by an issue related
   to indexing which is currently being investigated.
 * Your story’s markup looks fine so far from what I can tell, so it’s probably 
   only a matter of time until this is resolved.
