The poster image and publisher logo don’t show up within the story itself. They are used when displaying your stories in places like the Web Stories block or in Google search results.

Will the media at least be watermarked with the logo, if downloaded?
Also what when they are shown in a page builder, like Elementor widget/section? Cant the same logic of the blocks be applied here.

The Web Stories plugin does not add any watermarking to your images. If you require such a solution, I recommend looking for related dedicated WordPress plugins for image watermarking.
Just keep in mind that watermarked images probably don’t look as nice when surfaced in places like search results.
As for Elementor, I think you can use it in combination with the block editor, so you could totally use them together. Alternatively you could use the [web_stories] shortcode to display your latest stories.

I have added two web stories using Web Stories plugin. Everything is working fine only the poster image is not coming for the stories. Is there any problem with the plugin?
