Kevin you need to include the name of the plugin your using for your ecommerce in the tags of this post so the author of the plugin will see this and be able to help you.
Thanks for the quick reply. I really don’t know what that is. I had someone set the site up for me and they are out of the picture. I don’t know hat a plugin is. Can you point me in the right direction to fix it?

When you login to the wordpress dashboard there will be a section called plugins if you want to post a list of those here I’ll see which one it might be.
