"post2cat" is missing, can I add it manually? (6 posts)

I finally manage to install the 1.2.
How come this time it did and the other 11 it didn't is a mistery.
It is in all its beauty at http://blog.pietrosperoni.it But it seem to have a certain number of db problem. Let's solve one by one.
There is no "post2cat" database. I checked the mysql. He is right. There are 12 tables:
    wp_categories
    wp_comments
    wp_linkcategories
    wp_links
    wp_optiongroup_options
    wp_optiongroups
    wp_options
    wp_optiontypes
    wp_optionvalues
    wp_postmeta
    wp_posts
    wp_users
I avoided to do anything (apart changing admin password into something unrandom).
    Why is post2cat missing?
Is something wrong with the 1.2 version?
Is there a way in which I can MANUALLY insert the missing table?
    How many fields?
(I have access to a phpmyadmin console, and I can manually insert tables)
    Many thanks to whoever answers,
    Pietro

You could add it yourself or run upgrade.php

I am new. I tried upgrade but it came out full of mysql errors, and the end result was still the same.
    Please!
    How many fields?
    With what parameters?
How can I be part of this club?

Grazie. Ti rispondo in inglese perche' qualcun'altro puo essere interessato alla risposta.
I tried many times, but 90% of the times it did not install at all, and the remaining 10 % it installs, but sends me a whole sets of error from the mysql, but ends saying installation successful (vabbe!)
It made me seriously wonder if the version 1.2 wasn't completely flowed.- In any case now I try to install the table manually.
    Grazie!!

For references in case someone had the same problem:
after doing what Hook told me to do, I also had to go to the edit page, and edit each post, assigning each post (I had only one) to at least a category.
