# Post without an email?

 * I just noticed this but how do I get all these ridiculous posts without emails?
   I tried to post myself by entering everything else except an email and I can’t
   even post?
 * How do these spammers do it? What can I do to prevent this? Because I was under
   the impression that the email was required and if you left it blank, it would
   not allow you to post? Thankx!

 * They mainly use trackback spam which looks much like comments.
    Use Akismet in
   conjunction with Bad Behavior to stop it. You should have Akismet in your plugins.
   You can google for Bad Behavior.
